Emotions that you don’t know how to express or discharge properly accumulate in your body as unprocessed or ignored feelings. They block and build up like a slowly filling bucket until it overflows with all its violence.
Signals that your body indicates subtly and repetitively, but which you (un)consciously suppress, can eventually cause problems:
you get angry easily
you often feel sad, gloomy, alone or misunderstood
you build walls around you to protect yourself or you cut yourself off socially
you no longer feel your emotions at all (dissociation)
you block in one or more areas of life
Emotional Bodywork in France
During a week-long stay, during this private retreat you will intensively transform old and accumulated emotions that block you in:
- your life force
- your private/work relationships
- your work inspiration
- your creativity
With physical and conscious pressure point and breathing techniques, accumulated blockages in the body are gradually opened to release stuck blocking energy from the body and allow it to flow intuitively.
By healing inner child wounds, old protection mechanisms are brought to a standstill. Old wounds or badly healed scars unintentionally take on a life of their own and that mode is so familiar that we experience it as normal. You think this is who you really are and subconsciously identify with it.
This intensive private retreat week is focused on you and your process, so that you become (again) aware of the power to heal yourself.
Daily routine Emotional Bodywork in France
During an ‘Emotional Bodywork Retreat Week’ we work intensively with you, so that all attention can be given to clearing up your old process emotionally and you can work towards a new dot on the horizon. There are no outside third parties present.
In subsequent sessions, ample time is taken for various treatments of emotional bodywork, additional work forms and clarifying conversations. Exercise and relaxation always alternate. You can fill in the free moments during the week as you wish. You decide whether you want to slow down further in peace and relax by the pool or explore the beautiful surroundings. The beautiful accommodation in the middle of pure nature will undoubtedly make a nice contribution to your process.

During an ‘Emotional Bodywork Retreat Week’ you will stay in our luxury gîte with swimming pool. The welcome dinner on the first evening is included. Program private retreat week:
- Introduction and welcome dinner on the day of arrival
- in-depth half-day private sessions, which are central to blockages and healing, strengthening your base, connection, emotional bodywork and personal meaning
- 1 free day to spend at your own choice (resting, swimming, walking, reading, writing, (brocante) market visit, etc.)
- Completion on the day of departure
Included:
- Stay and 7 x overnight stay in an exclusive gîte with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable Queen-size bed for a good night’s sleep and bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, washing machine, as well as all basic amenities such as: towels, beach towels, hotel quality linen and final cleaning
- Welcome dinner (4 courses) with wine or non-alcoholic drinks on the day of arrival
- Use of the swimming pool (open from May to September)
- Complete and intensive 1-on-1 guidance

Single sessions
In addition to an Emotional Bodywork Retreat Week, separate sessions can also be scheduled. For example, when you stay at Domaine l’Arpent or in the region during your holiday. A few treatments can release a lot in an old emotional piece. A single session takes approximately 1-2 hours and costs €90.
