Layout with staggered floor levels (split level)
On the lower level, where you enter the gîte, there is a comfortable sitting area and a round dining table with chairs. The entrance to the terrace and the swimming pool is also located here. Outside is a table with 4 chairs for dining on the terrace. In the Mediterranean garden, the sun loungers are already waiting for you on various sun and shady terraces.
The kitchen is five steps up from the living room (split level) and offers all the necessary facilities as well as a breakfast tractor bar for early morning coffee overlooking the rolling hills and mountains.
An open staircase takes you up from the kitchen to a landing with authentic colombage, where there is a mezzanine bedroom with a Queen-size bed overlooking the Pyrenees, as well as the bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, sink and washing machine.
The gîte is arranged over several levels and is therefore not suitable for dogs or people with mobility problems.
Sport & game
At Domaine l’Arpent you will find various attributes:
Wooden rowing machine ― Do you want to stay in shape? The wooden rowing machine with water resistance in the corridor is at your disposal.
Badminton ― The lawn is large enough for a relaxing game. Badminton sets are already waiting for you.
Jeu-de-boules / petanque ― A jeu-de-boules game cannot be missed in France. We would like to invite you to challenge each other in agility.
Darts ― There is an official dartboard in the corridor. In the cabinet there are several darts with different weights, if you want to try it.
Golf ― There are several golf courses nearby. We have extra golf clubs and/or golf sets that you can use freely. Don’t hesitate to ask about it. Golf courses in the region are:
