This recently renovated gite at Domaine l’Arpent is the epitome of charm, thanks to the architectural details and the attractive furnishings with authentic materials.

The gîte is already equipped with luxury cookware, beautiful hotel quality linen, soft bath and towels and a comfortable Queen size bed with panoramic views from the bed! That means enjoying it from early in the morning until late at night.

From the entire site you have spectacular and unobstructed views of the Pyrenees chain. From sunrise to sunset it is a beautiful spectacle of colorful sunsets and clouds moving around the mountain peaks.

The large grounds of almost 1 hectare are freely accessible to guests. The beautiful Mediterranean garden has several sun and shade terraces. Our large and organic vegetable garden is a rich treasure trove of fresh organic vegetables.
Take a seat under the kiwi parasol or have an aperitif on the hidden viewpoint terrace and fully enjoy the best that the South of France has to offer.

The boutique holiday home is surrounded by authentic villages and pure nature with many short and long hiking trails on your doorstep and the rolling hills are rich in deer, badgers, foxes, birds and other wild game.

The region is rich in history and culture and has impressive stalactite caves and imposing castles. Worth a visit are the beautiful cirques and thermal spas of Cauterets, Saint-Lary-Soulan, Bagnères-de-Bigorre. The latter have a beneficial effect on body and mind with their therapeutic properties.

Rent payment	With every reservation a deposit of 50% of the rental price + a deposit of € 300 must be paid to secure your holiday. The remainder of the rent must be paid no later than 4 months before the start of the rental period.
Arrival and departure	Check-in: at 5:00 PM Check-out: no later than 10am
Dine at Domaine l’Arpent	Culinary enjoyment? Which can. We offer table d’hôtes on the day of arrival, consisting of a 4-course dinner, including wine or non-alcoholic drinks. Depending on the weather, we serve in the garden, by the pool or at our Herenboerderij. We regularly eat paleo/low-carb and you can of course inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements.
Private swimming pool	The swimming pool is located on the south side of the large site and can be booked for exclusive private use. Guests can use the swimming pool (free). However, no outside guests are allowed. The water quality of the swimming pool is kept optimal with bromide (odorless and gentler for skin and hair). The pool is not heated, but from June to September the pool has a comfortable temperature of about 26-28°C. However, use of the swimming pool is entirely at your own risk. Domaine l’Arpent expressly does not provide supervision and accepts no liability for the use of the swimming pool. Read our swimming pool usage here.
Sun loungers and terraces	The large Mediterranean garden (approximately 1 hectare) has several sun and shaded terraces with garden furniture, so you can choose where you want to enjoy yourself. The relaxing sun loungers are ready for you. Extra parasols are available and you can use them if you wish.
No nude recreation	Since the host and hostess live on the same property, nude recreation/nudism is not permitted.
Relaxing massages	Relaxing body massages and/or an Emotional Bodywork session can be booked in advance and on site.
All facilities	The attractive and luxurious gîte is fully equipped for two people. Check all facilities here.
Adults only	Because of our total concept, we are equipped for exclusive peace, space and comfort. For that reason, Domaine l’Arpent is adults only (no kids). This means that our guests must be (approximately) 16 years or older.
Parking	The site has plenty of space to park your car safely and even has a carport to provide shade from the sun.
Dogs	Unfortunately we cannot allow dogs or other pets in the gîte.
Non-smoking	Smoking is not allowed in the gîte or in the other buildings at Domaine l’Arpent.

Free cancellation

1. Would you like to prepare well at home and at work? Of course that’s possible! We take this into account by stating a ‘3 day option‘ in the reservation form. After these 3 days your booking becomes final.
2. If a booked stay cannot go ahead due to government corona restrictions, you can cancel the booking free of charge and we will refund the (down) payment within 8 days.
