Cancel free of charge
- Would you like to take an option of 3 days? For example, because you want to organize everything properly at home or at work? Of course you can! Mention in the reservation form that you want a ‘3 day option‘ and we will of course take this into account. After these 3 days your booking will be final.
- If a booked stay cannot take place due to corona-restrictive government measures, you can cancel the booking free of charge and we will refund the (down) payment within 8 days.

You can check in with us daily for a minimum stay of 5 nights.
A stay includes bed linen, towels, bath towels, use of the washing machine and final cleaning. There are no additional costs.

A few points of attention:
 Inclusive: bed linen, towels, beach towels, final cleaning, use of the washing machine and much more | The rent is a total sum and there are no additional costs. Your comfortable Queen size bed with memory foam topper is already made with beautiful hotel quality linens. Fluffy towels and large beach towels/foutas for the lounge chairs by the pool are in your closet. During your stay we take care of the washing and drying of used towels and bath towels. You can deposit these in the special laundry baskets. The final cleaning is included and will be done for you, but we kindly ask you to leave the gîte tidy and broom clean: in other words tidy and no dirty dishes. |
 Payment rent | With every reservation, a deposit of 50% of the rent + a deposit of €300 must be paid. The remainder of the rent must be paid no later than 2 months before the start of the rental period. |
 Arrival and departure | Check-in: at 17.00h. Check-out: latest 10.00h. |
 Dining at Domaine l’Arpent | Enjoying a delicious dinner? That’s certainly possible. We offer table d’hôtes on the day of arrival, consisting of a 4-course dinner, including wine or non-alcoholic drinks. Depending on the weather, we serve in the garden, by the pool or in our farmhouse. We regularly eat paleo / low carbohydrate and you can of course report allergies or dietary requirements to us. |
 Swimming pool | The water quality of the swimming pool is kept optimal with bromide (odorless ánd softer for skin and hair). The pool is not heated, but from June to the end of September the pool has a comfortable temperature of about 26-28°C thanks to the sun. The swimming pool is located on the south side of the large grounds. Sunscreen damages the fragile pool liner. Therefore, any form of sunscreen should be showered off before swimming pool use. Guests can use the swimming pool (free of charge). No outside guests are allowed. However, the use of the swimming pool is entirely at your own risk.  Sun loungers and terraces | The large Mediterranean garden (approximately 1 hectare) has several sun and shady terraces with garden furniture. You can choose where you want to enjoy yourself. The relaxed sun loungers with large beach towels/foutas are already waiting for you. Extra umbrellas are available and can be used if you wish. |
 No nude recreation | Since the host and hostess live on the same property, nude recreation/nudism is not permitted. |
 Relaxing massages | Holistic body massages – to consciously relax – and/or an Emotional Bodywork session can be booked in advance and on site. |
 All facilities | The luxurious holiday home is fully equipped for two people. Check out all the facilities. |
 Parking | The grounds have ample space to safely park your car and even have a carport to provide shade from the sun. |
 Business | Business reservations and/or invoices? A lot is possible. Let us know. We are happy to see what we can do for you. |
 100% Exclusivity (no other guests) | Because of our total concept, we are designed for exclusive peace, space and comfort. That is why Domaine l’Arpent is adults only (no kids). This means that our guests must be (approximately) 16 years or older. Moreover, we are happy to offer you 100% exclusivity: there are no other guests present during your stay. |
 Dogs | Unfortunately we cannot allow dogs or other pets. |
 Non smoking | Smoking is not allowed in the gîte and in the other buildings at Domaine l’Arpent . |
